As a leader, the competencies and skills associated with coaching others to be innovative are paramount to one’s success. This is especially true as it relates to the challenges associated with motivating others to think and act creatively in solving problems, and to work collaboratively in groups and teams to design and implement innovative solutions. This workshop is designed to give each attendee personal insight into their personal coaching style, their preferences of innovative thinking and actions, and how they can productively and effectively coach others. Beginning with self-assessment, participants are provided with a better understanding of human motivation, how to assess the skill and competencies of others, and a step-by-step coaching process that results in higher levels of innovation, accountability and performance. Models for individual and team coaching are provided that can be immediately applied.

The workshop is limited to twelve participants on a first come basis.
