ABOUT EDGAR
Edgar Papke is a globally recognized thought leader and expert
in leadership development and organizational alignment. He is a
sought after CEO and executive coach, organizational alignment consultant,
and keynote speaker. His clients include CEOs and executives of
small to large multi-national, and Fortune 500 organizations. He
works with leaders and their teams to implement change and improve
their alignment of strategic intention, culture, and leadership,
helping them to achieve higher levels of performance. He is the
creator and author of the Performance Alignment System™ and
is the founder of Living Change, Inc.
Mr. Papke has contributed to the development of leaders and executive
teams throughout the world. He teaches workshops and retreats for
CEOs and their teams, focusing their efforts on creating the sustained
change required to build and successfully lead aligned organizations.

Edgar frequently speaks at leading business schools and universities.
He has served as a strategic consultant and guide to several nonprofit
organizations, and has volunteered as a leadership trainer and teacher.
He is certified in conflict mediation and alternative dispute resolution,
and is qualified in a variety of leadership and personality assessments
and tools. His work in the areas of communication and conflict resolution
has resulted in significant contribution to the advancement of collaborative
business practices. As a practitioner of FIRO Theory, he has expanded
and advanced its application to better understanding and leveraging
market strategies and organizational cultures.
Mr. Papke’s Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology is
from Regis University and he holds a B.S. in International Business
Administration. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America
and has received numerous awards and acknowledgements for his culinary
talents. He served as a host for PBS television and radio. As a
singer-songwriter, he has two albums to his credit. In 2008 he was
recognized for his contributions to music education by being named
to the Save the Music Foundation’s Honor Roll. As an author
of fiction, his holiday fable Santa’s Star, has been well-received
and will be released in late 2010.
